We also offer the option to book CB2 and block CB1 so that the lower level is not shared with any other guests. This rate is $3500 and sleeps 4. Upstairs is owner's unit and is not rented. Casa Bonita is a luxurious home overlooking pool and ocean at world famous Shacks Beach. Located beach front on the point next to the sandy swimming beach, you will find no better location. Snorkel the great Blue Hole, surf, SUP, kite, or just relax by the pool. Awesome views, covered terraces, BBQ, AC, WIFI. Home is gated, private, with incredible landscaping. Perfect for traveling with grandparents. CB2 sleeps 4 with 2BRs queen and twins. CB1 sleeps 2 with king or twins. Each unit has kitchen, AC, flat panel TV and full bath. Just 10 minutes from the airport (BQN) or a manageable drive from San Juan (2 hours +/-). No heavy party'rs please. Summary: I’d like to give this a bad review so that no one else will stay there (and it will always be available for us!) Casa Bonita is wonderful. It is on one of our favorite beaches, off the beaten path, private, with never too many people on the beach. It was wonderful to have our own pool which we used everyday (as well as going in the ocean.) In the morning, the water temp is refreshing, in the afternoon, it’s lovely and warm and perfect after a swim in the ocean. The outdoor living space - a large patio with a view of the ocean - was where we spent ALL of our time. There are multiple places to hang out on the patio, some shaded and others in the sun. There’s a lower and upper deck (perfect for watching the sunset.) Everything about the house and the location is wonderful (and pretty close to perfect.) The grounds are lovely, the apartments are spacious and comfortable, private, quiet, great view. I honestly can’t imagine anything to improve on.
